Chia Seed Pudding
½ cup chia seed
2 cups coconut milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon stevia leaf powder
½ cup berries
Blend milk, vanilla, honey and stevia.
Pour into a 1 liter jar and add chia seeds.
Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Garnish with berries.
